Each of these sites has a collection of recipes, organized by a main vegetable ingredient.
- Early Morning Farm is a CSA outside of Ithaca that Miriam got to know while helping with the Healthy Food For All program, a program which provides subsidized CSA shares in the Ithaca area. Their website has a phenomenal collection of recipes–thanks Anton!
- Golden Earthworm Organic Farm is a CSA farm on Long Island that Miriam got to know when she worked on Just Food’s farm to food pantry program, Fresh Food For All. Matthew was a chef before becoming a farmer and, not surprisingly, his website is a great resource for recipes.
